Who we are
We are a company built to enable the energy transition. Our main activities lie in assisting with the build out EV Charging Infrastructure. We work with property owners, or Site Owner Partners, to install, operate, and maintain DCFC charging stations at their locations. Our Site Owner Partners generally represent real estate companies in the retail space. Their properties typically are shopping centers, malls, grocery stores, etc. with large parking lots.
Recent studies conducted at Boston University and University of Wisconsin-Madison showed that retailers within 150 meters of a DCFC charging stations realized 5% increases in sales. Here in lies our value proposition; the build out of EV Charging Infrastructure at little to no cost to Site Owner Partners, which increases foot traffic and sales for retail tenants, boosts tenant acquisition and retention, and increases the resale value of the property.
